1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this AI Video Automation Service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service helps users create short-form video content, including scripts, voiceovers, subtitles, video compilations, and social-media metadata. When you connect a supported third-party account, the Service may upload content or prepare it for publication on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, subject to your authorization and the applicable platform rules.
3. Accounts and connected platforms
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Connecting YouTube, TikTok, or another platform is optional. You authorize the Service only for permissions you explicitly grant through that platform’s authorization flow. You may disconnect an account through the Service or the relevant platform settings.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
You are responsible for User Content and each publication instruction you approve. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed to use and publish your content. You must not submit or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, harmful to minors, or otherwise prohibited by law or platform rules.
5. AI-generated output
The Service may generate text, images, audio, subtitles, metadata, or video suggestions using automated systems. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review all output before use or publication. We do not guarantee originality, copyright clearance, factual accuracy, monetization eligibility, reach, or platform approval.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; bypass platform restrictions; distribute malware; scrape or harvest data without permission; impersonate others; generate misleading content; interfere with the Service; or reverse engineer it except where law permits.
7. Intellectual property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by AI Kỳ Thú or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Fees, termination, and disclaimers
